Our goal at ShambhalaTempleofLight.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. In the event that something was damaged in transit we will replace it at no cost to the customer. If the item being returned was purchased as a special package or on sale, then a refund will be issued.

Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported to and claimed immediately with the carrier as well as contacting us at info@shambhalatempleoflight.com. Wherever possible, please attach a picture of the damage for your records.

NOTE: All returns must be processed “in person” at Shambhala Temple of Light, 10330 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON, L4C 5N1, Canada.
